History
Ian Hernandez and Isaiah Diaz founded Elite Programs. We both struggled to find our perfect coach throughout our baseball careers and sought to make quality more accessible to athletes.
The Family
Ian Hernandez, Co-Founder
Ian played baseball from little league in La Mirada to college baseball at LA Harbor JC before his career was cut short due to the COVID pandemic. Ian wants to see Elite Programs thrive in order to help the athletes who have the talent, drive, and work ethic but just need the proper guidance.
Isaiah Diaz, Co-Founder
Isaiah played baseball from 5 years old throughout high school. His baseball career ended because of a bad back, mainly due to improper training and overuse. Isaiah wants to see Elite Programs thrive to avoid this from occurring to athletes with promising futures.
